Southdale Properties, was started in 1990 by Don Brown. The company has always excelled in both commercial and residential sales. In the early years there was a major focus on selling restaurants and bars which lead to a wider range of commercial services. Since Don Brown is a native to Palm Beach County the residential arm of the company has thrived. Today there are over 20 licensed agents at Southdale who specialize in all different cities of Palm Beach County.
